Confused as to why they would purposefully bill MORE than they know is allotted for in network services and then bill the patient the difference when all deductibles have been met. Very unprofessional. Will be contacting BBB and filing a complaint with my insurance company.
Bill the insurance company to begin with like you should. 16 months after the service is rendered you turn it over to collections. We never received the first statement from this provider or the collection agency. Now insurance denies the claim due to late filing.

This place knowingly employed a racist and allowed him to handle patient care until the evidence was brought to light and then decided to fire the employee. This does not rectify this situation and shows your company’s true colors.
