I gave two stars but only because the office staff were professional and courteous. If not for them, this practice would receive less than one star as the doctor displayed a condescending attitude and communicated in a dismissive manner. I will not return and I absolutely do not recommend this doctor.
Dr. Patete and staff are amazing. Very comforting, helpful and always listening. Highly recommend.
i was here to get a check on my ear because it felt like i have a ear infection, the lady at the desk was really rude, didn’t help us, had a terrible attitude, all we ask was a couple of questions. She started screaming at us, giving us names and didn’t want to help us. she was really rude and we are never going back. Her name was Amber, you can’t treat clients like this. screaming at me while i have an ear infection is ridiculous..
Better late than never. I was there a year ago and dr petite put a camera up my nose, took it out, whipped it off with a paper towel and put it back in the cabinet. He also had some type of instrument that had steroids in it he did the same thing. Im no doctor but pretty sure that goes against any medical standards
Pretty disappointed I've left 3 voice messages and called several times during business hours and i have not received so much as a call back i guess they don’t want business???
