I have a telehealth appointment for my 4 Years old daughter. They could not do it because she was not present in the telehealth phone call. The sad thing is nobody told me that the day before when I made the appointment. She is just 4 and she is not able to make any decision about the treatment because of her age. She has to miss school and I have to loose another day from work just to talk with the Dr about medical treatment options.
Heriberto Cruz Guzman, PA-C, RD is an absolutely wonderful provider. He is empathetic, knowledgeable, and collaborative. I am grateful to be under his care because he answers my every question and concern, while validating me.
I switched over to this office after I had a baby because my previous endocrinologist sold his private practice to Orlando health and his NP who I had been seeing left the practice. I felt like the doctor didn’t care about me as a patient since he told me to let my high risk OBGYN manage my diabetes…I started seeing an endocrinologist when I was pregnant with my first (found out about the pregnancy and then the diabetes in the same week) because I felt like the high risk OBGYN was strictly treating the diabetes for the pregn... read more
The phone number is not working its just a dial tone
‼️Note: Bldg 1573 is behind 1561...‼️ This was my 1st visit to this location & this provider (Humberto Cruz, NP). Not the best experience, but not the worst. I have a new appt scheduled for a future date & will update this review then. Most importantly to note is that Bldg 1573 was extremely difficult to find with limited signage to indicate you're in the right place. GPS takes you close, but be EXTRA alert to read sign off main road or you're bound to end up in a totally different AdventHealth bldg AND/OR go in circles on a... read more
