I am going to be a new patient for this group.I came to the office to bring my report's since I work in the building before there s It was so nice to get such an amazing first impression.The young lady in the Front Desk Genesis was so professional and so nice and the young man sitting behind her Travis was amazing in the short time I was there. They both went out of there way when I ask to be called if they had a cancellation.Thank you both for caring for your patients.

IDK WHY WITH ALL THE BAD REVIEWS BUT I HAD THE TOTAL OPPOSITE HE WAS ONE OF THE BEST ADULT ENDOCRINS I HAVE EVER MET KNOWLEDGEABLE KIND SMART FUNNY AND REALLY RESPECTFUL AND READY TO LEARN AND TALK TO YOU CAN GO ON AND ON SO IDK WHY WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE AND THIS IS TRUTHFULLY AS I KNOWN FROM THE PAST WITH A PREVIOUS ENDOCRINOLOGIST WHO DIDN'T DO SO GOOD HE IS WILLING TO HELP FOR EX MY OLD ENDO DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT LANTUS THIS DR TOLD ME 33 UNITS AND ETC IT IS GRADUALLY GOING DOWN SLOWLY WILL WORK HARD TO BE 7.5 AGAIN

Was told that because it’s Dr Heriberto’s birthday, they can’t sign the prescription for my insulin pump and that I would have to wait until Monday when he gets back. I’m a pregnant type one diabetic. Was also told by Ayla to wait until I’m almost out of pods before starting the prior authorization process. Prior authorization takes 30-60 days. Which I told the office I would run out and could not wait that long. I have called multiple times within the past few weeks and they have done nothing to communicate with my insuranc... read more

My daughter who is an Advent employee was 10 minutes late for her 1st appointment and they would not see her. Don’t look at your GPS, it takes you to the wrong building. They called her on her way there and she told them she was almost there. When she walked in , they told her that the next appointment was already there and they took that person in. What?? And she has been waiting for 6 months for the appointment. Just not right!
