These people keep giving me the runaround, making appointment after appointment and no insulin pump. I believe they're running a circus. Very incompetent and bad service. If there was an alternative, I would've been gone. Nothing available in my area.
I have attempted to make numerous followup appointments and they gave consistently made a mess- twice canceling my appt!
Saw Kelly PA had a great experience. Very professional, informative, pleasant and answered all questions. She was very helpful and mapped out a plan to move forward. Looking forward to working with her.
I am going to be a new patient for this group.I came to the office to bring my report's since I work in the building before there s It was so nice to get such an amazing first impression.The young lady in the Front Desk Genesis was so professional and so nice and the young man sitting behind her Travis was amazing in the short time I was there. They both went out of there way when I ask to be called if they had a cancellation.Thank you both for caring for your patients.
