Started my visit waiting nearly two hours past my appointment time to even step foot into a room, which I should have immediately realized was setting the tone for how the remainder of my visit went. Procedure went well, but unfortunately the arrogance and egos of their staff shined through so much so that I wouldn’t dare step foot in there again for as long as I live if they provided the highest quality procedures on this planet and I had no other options.
