I had a negative experience with a previous dermatologist, but my appointment with Jared Simmons was exceptional. He demonstrated remarkable kindness and patience, proving to be a truly wonderful doctor. Not only did he provide effective treatment, but he also did so with a positive demeanor and a smile 😁His assistant was equally impressive, displaying kindness and approachability.
The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Jared, the dermatologist, is exceptional. He listens carefully to your concerns, provides effective solutions, and ensures that you feel heard and valued. I highly recommend this clinic.
The customer service is beyond awful. I’ve called more than four times, and every single time I’m told that the office manager will call me back—yet I have still not heard from her. Save yourself the frustration and make an appointment somewhere that actually takes your concerns seriously. Staff communication is extremely important, especially in a healthcare setting where patients need to feel heard and supported regarding their health concerns.
Was scheduled for an appointment at 11:00 a.m.. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and at 11:45 a.m. I decided to ask them why my appointment was taking so long and when will I be met with the doctor. There was eight people sitting in the lobby at the time and they told me there were two people still in front of me and it could be another 30 minutes before I met with the doctor. Florida Dermatololgy and Skin Cancer has been taking good care of me for several years. Jared Simmons is thorough, professional and easy to talk to. They found a couple of skin cancer spots before they became a problem. I highly recommend them. Staff is very friendly.
