I called the Florida Department of revenue to get help resolving several notices I received in the mail. I spoke with Paul, and unfortunately the interaction was extremely unprofessional. Rather than clearly explaining the issues and helping me understand how to correct them, he was abrasive, vague, and repeatedly spoke to me as though I was intentionally avoiding my tax obligations, despite my explaining that I was calling specifically to correct an accidental payment issue as soon as I received notice.
