Amazing service and help once you get someone on the phone. Super friendly and helpful although you may have to try a couple times to get a live person. Still incredible people and helpful.
I had a slight bump in the road with one of my filings. Latoya reached out to me and got everything situated. She went above and beyond she returned my emails and phone calls promptly. She is an amazing person. It takes the time to help you. It feels good to finally have someone who cares!
I visited on March 1st and was appalled to find only one window open. Taking a number and waiting for an eternity to get anything done was extremely frustrating. They want small business owners to pay their taxes on time and take EVERY PENNY in sales tax owed in Broward county but won’t give the right customer service in order to keep local economies running.
