Wonderful experience here. We were greeted by a friendly woman when we entered. When we arrived at family health for vaccines, Sue helped me and my son out with so many questions. I felt like I was talking to someone I knew my whole life. Prior to the visit, I had anxiety about it and everyone I interacted with here made me feel at ease. Despina was so helpful with any vaccination questions we had. I highly recommend this location, it was such a pleasant visit and easily navigated. Thank you all.

Very hard to get a person to answer the phone when calling from main line
Useless. No one answers the phones. No one calls back after you leave a message like you are told. Just trying to get an rx number for my birth control that gets delivered since I can’t afford to constantly drive out to get my birth control. Am told i might just need to stop by in person if no one can answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous and makes me miss my old health department in citrus, much better and more professional.
