I was in and out with a copy of my birth certificate in just a few minutes and staff was very helpful 🙂
Appointment was at 10:30 to pick up formula, wasn't checked in until 11, and didn't get formula until 11:30. They say other mothers for pick up who came in after me and then said I was only there for 9 mins waiting. Meanwhile I was there for almost an hour.
