My first experience was a negative one not with the dental staff but with front desk with one particular individual who confused me with someone else, it was a very negative experience that caused lots of stress and anxiety. I hope they can improve this.

Well as usual you know you get a call before the appointment our was 4/22 9:15 am we get here the appointment is not until 10:15 so we leave we come back four other people goes ahead of us they said by appointment time they told us they came out after we left because someone had cancel but no one called us when the numbers on file. The service was quick and fast excellent customer service

I’m just going to put my opinion out there and document this at the same time. If you can don’t go here for extractions. It’s already not a pleasant experience No gas will be administered just a needle no pain medicine after like not even a stronger ibuprofen was prescribed to me. It didn’t seem like a professional environment. I was scheduled for Two issues told both would be handled same day but then forced to pick one on site because they scheduled to many people and didn't think how much time both extractions would take.... read more

I've been calling close to 3yrs and everything I called they're not taking adult dental patients. I don't know what to do I need a dental clinic or Dr that has a sliding scale.

The staff was nice but the dentist was impatient and irritated while grinding down and raking out my broken teeth that were otherwise fine. He kept saying to lift my left hand if I felt pain- don't flinch he scolded just raise your left hand and I'll give you more anesthetic. Never been so traumatized by a dentist in my life!
