We came in to get a vaccination certificate — everything was done quickly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude. Had the same great experience last year as well. 😊 Maybe some visitors could be a bit more polite and patient? The staff is doing an excellent job! 👏
Staff was extremely rude and took a very long time to work with. They gave me and my family attitudes and had zero respect for either of us coming in, very unprofessional workplace.
The way that dude treated people out in public was disturbing. He thinks the only person who has rights is him. He should not be working in public
Jenna at the Bureau of Vital Statistics was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and, was a pleasure to work with. We were enthusiastically greeted immediately at the service window and were promptly provided with the necessary paperwork to complete. There was no wait involved other than the time it took to complete the forms. After a quick review, the certificates were issued immediately thereafter.
