Mi experiencia en este lugar ha sido terrible , en la ventana A con la señora Isaac que atiende en esta ventana. Desde julio 2022 que llevo frecuentando el lugar he visto y he sufrido de todo a parte de ser muy grosera y ruda con las personas que no hablan inglés se demora demasiado y hace a los pacientes por largo tiempo para agendar nueva cita para la próxima vacuna, como por ejemplo: a mi que fui a la vacunación de mis 3 niños y sus citas estaban agendadas para la 8:00, 8:15 y 8:30am y salí a las 2:00pm porque cada vez qu... read more

I suffer from severe Anxiety and Depression and it's already hard to talk to people,the staff here made my visit amazing actually

If I could give a 0 for this place I would. Came in 2 weeks ago for a release form for records from another state. Was told she would fax them out and came in 2 weeks later and apparently there was no fax. I asked to fill out another form because I didn’t want to somehow not get it sent over. She goes to pull out a paper and there’s my form at the top the one she supposedly sent out on November 18th and claimed she” must’ve been off or something” horrible lady doing immunizations and the way she speaks to people who aren’t e... read more

just called to ask about my sons next appointment and the woman who schedules appointments literally just said "I couldn't tell you" then hung up in my face..
