It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, and if you do, after an hour of waiting, it's always the wrong extension, and you are put back on hold for another hour or more of waiting. I have uploaded documents multiple times over the past 6 months, and I have yet to receive any response. Also, no one speaks English or barely speaks English, like maybe if I were from Somalia, I could get someone faster?
