Janet's receptionist has very rude phone manners. I called for an appointment and she kept cutting me off when I was explaining what I needed! Then she put me on hold! I think the receptionist is the first impression we get of the practice.
Worst front office ever. I drove an hour from sun city center to see Dr. DeVaul again. I arrived 4 minutes late and the girl at the front made me sit and wait 30 minutes then goes, "oh you were 5 minutes late, you wanna reschedule?" With an attitude. If being 4 minutes late was an issue I should have received a call or text and you don't make patients wait over half an hour then get an attitude telling them to reschedule. Dr. Janet is a great dentist. She has done several crowns for me and they all look outstanding. She is very detailed oriented and makes sure the patient is satisfied with everything from color to feel. I am a perfectionist and I strongly recommend her.
Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. De Vaul is awesome. I really like the way they clean my teeth.
