I think Dr Janet DeVaul, is and excellent dentist, she’s and exceptionally professional and excellent bed-side manner and disposition. She made me very comfortable in everything she did.
10 stars! I have been coming here for 25 years! No matter where I live I travel to see Dr Janet DeVaul and her fantastic crew! Super nice, affordable, understanding and kind, there is no place better!
Janet's receptionist has very rude phone manners. I called for an appointment and she kept cutting me off when I was explaining what I needed! Then she put me on hold! I think the receptionist is the first impression we get of the practice.
Worst front office ever. I drove an hour from sun city center to see Dr. DeVaul again. I arrived 4 minutes late and the girl at the front made me sit and wait 30 minutes then goes, "oh you were 5 minutes late, you wanna reschedule?" With an attitude. If being 4 minutes late was an issue I should have received a call or text and you don't make patients wait over half an hour then get an attitude telling them to reschedule.
