Employees at the desk don't know how to look for a part number for a Manitowoc ice machine, absolutely NO, especially when this is a Manitowoc distribution parts warehouse. I have to travel 19 miles away to get my parts. Unbelievable
Man the delivery driver driver Harry for this location is top notch this man has been on time with every delivery that I have ever placed, not only does he get to the the location on time he is a very hard worker, even though the store is sort staffed he has been covering multiple positions, from warehouse to delivery this man is doing it all! Very professional and a great spirit, very well mannered.
This place is horrible. Johnstone is around the corner just go there. All employees horrible. We have huge accounts every where and every time I want to give them a chance it's just as bad or worse then last visit.
They need to higher or get better customer service while they put you on hold for over 14 min, it’s unbelievable the wait time after the pick up and ask to hold like if we have a choice. Need to improve call ins.
Matt is great always there to answer any questions and go above and beyond to help you out with anything that you need..if they don't have it in stocks they will find it for you now that's great customer service
