Florida Cooling Store came out on a 2-10 Home Warranty and did a wonderful job! Eric came on a Friday afternoon and fixed the air conditioner in no time. They told us everything was covered by the warranty and didn’t try to push any products or sell anything - even though the system is older. Eric did an excellent job, they were so easy to deal with, and the customer service was wonderful! So glad 2-10 Home Warranty sent them our way!
Eric came out and fixed the issue right away! They also installed my AC unit in 2018. I only deal with Florida Cooling Store when it comes to any AC issues. They are quick to respond, reasonably priced and have great customer service.
I cannot recommend Eric and Florida Cooling Store highly enough! Wish I could give it 10 stars!! Eric has been to my home, servicing my air conditioner for many years, helping me to get the most out of my older a/c unit. Unfortunately, at a very inconvenient time, the air conditioner became irreparable.
