This gentleman has been servicing my air conditioning needs for over 12 years never a disappointment he's prompt and courteous. Goes out of this way to help you and solve the issue at hand. I highly recommend them. A team you can count on.
The person that makes the appointments is unprofessional and know nothing about customer service. They have a horrible turn around time, no emergency services and poor quality workmanship. Avoid them at all costs!
Thanksgiving nightmare scenario: picture this. It's the evening before Thanksgiving, you're prepping for the next day's feast and suddenly you realize it's warm in the house. Very bad.
