The worst branch ever. The banker did not help me open the account and when I went to get cash after opening my account else where they asked me a bunch of questions that did not matter to the reason I was there. They just wanted to know details that they didn’t need to know. They gave me attitude and did not help me, told me to go to the branch I opened the account. Worst experience . Never going there again.
Excellent customer service at this branch. Javier greeted me and was very pleasant and professional. Kevin assisted me in opening a new account. He was so professional with such a calm demeanor. He also informed me of all the services they can offer. These guys rock, they will be seeing me again.
I have used Aniceto on multiple deals over the years with absolutely 0 issues. He gets approvals within weeks, exhibits diligence, professionalism and knowledge which are huge assets when dealing with impatient buyers and sellers.
