Tried to enter the first floor branch and was met with a sign instructing all visitors to first sign in with reception on the third floor. Then I go to the third floor to find the reception desk is behind another set of locked doors with no one behind it to assist customers. Such a frustrating experience and the opposite of how the bank markets itself.
