The agreement that I had with Kevin is that I could cancel at anytime for his "no hassle selling". I requested to cancel on 7/26 after Kevin raised his voice at me. I called him on 7/27 and nicely asked for the cancellation paperwork, and he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I will gladly remove this review once I get the requested paperwork as it has been over 24 hours since I requested same. However, when you raise your voice and hang up on a client, it is very unprofessional regardless.
Working with Kevin and his team has been a pleasure. Our agent Bonnie Santo was positive and encouraging helped us with all the details for a smooth transaction with a property in need of a lot of work. I am an inexperienced seller.
