From the start I was provided with a professional atmosphere and experience. Horrible customer service. I ordered some parts 3 weeks ago they had me pay upfront still no call.
Called on Wednesday,27August, gave them the part numbers we needed for our Kubota. They said they will call back with the estimate and lead times. Silence…this isn’t Homestead’s go to for Farmers any longer. One more nail in the coffin.
I highly recommend Florida Coast equipment for anyone in need of any kind of tractors, lawn equipment or recreational vehicles. The manager JOSE, is kind, Customer Service oriented and just a genuine human being. My salesman Collin helped me to find the perfect zero turn lawn tractor for our horse farm. They are not pushy.
