We purchased a semi-inground above-ground pool from this company and started having liner issues within about 2 months of installation. After we discovered holes in the liner that early on, there was no meaningful help or resolution offered to us, and we were left patching the liner ourselves from the beginning. We purchased this pool from Florida Coast over the summer, the 18x33 Mediterranean with a salt system. It took us a while to find an installer. Some wouldn’t respond to calls and others even after you talked to them never call back with an install date or show up for appointments. Luckily, our neighbor was installing at the same time and he found a great guy. We were very happy with our pool and installer.
