Cat is an amazing doctor and educator. They really know kids and they care about you, the parent, too. She and her team are providing a much-needed service with heart and compassion. Northeast Florida kids and families are lucky to have Florida Children's Institute to learn healthy ways to manage stress and the behaviors that often accompany said stress. Thanks FCI!
The therapists and owner are incredibly difficult to get in touch with (meaning not responding to mulitple emails over weeks). They do not have time for you or your child but they do have time to charge your credit card on file for any reason without so much as an email or call. (They reference the fine print on the initial paperwork). They are a group of young ladies and are more concerned with making money than developing a patient/family/therapist relationship.
