Do not recommend this office. No transparency on billing insurance practices. Very concerning
The front desk is rude. The insurance personnel have no idea how to check insurance and Dr. Ritch’s Surgical Coordinator, Alesandi Sanchez is rude, impatient, abrupt and dismissive. I came to this office as a recommendation but have since regret it. The stress and lack of customer service is not worth it.
I have literally been trying to call this office for the last 3 days. No one answers or I can’t sent to a voicemail box that is full. Is this place even still open?
The office staff not very pleasant. I have been going to this office for several years now and if you need to get a message to the doctor, forget about it very hard to get in even though I am an existent patient so it can be very frustrating.
Dr. Ritch and the staff here at this office are remarkably professional and kind. Dr. Ritch is amazing, I had no pain after my surgery. Everyone kept telling me how much pain I was going to be in and as I recovered, it was minimal, slight discomfort for a day or two. That's it. If you want it done right, call Dr. Ritch! If I didn't see the very tiny incisions, I would wonder if I even had anything done. Love it here.
