Do not recommend this office. No transparency on billing insurance practices. Very concerning Do not come to this office if you don’t want to have the worst experience of your life! Waiting for test results to be transferred to another doctor for more than 30 days l! When I decided to call - to follow up - made 16 calls in 2 hours nobody answered - went to he office in person - on my lunch break and see the receptionist- not answering any called she received while I was there - extremely rude and unprofessional!
Had a new patient experience here and will never change my gyno again. I have tried so many places and this has been the best by far! Friendly staff, efficient service, thorough conversations, Dr Castillo was so kind. I will pay out of pocket if my insurance ever stops covering this spot.
Communication is terrible. They are extremely understaffed and it takes months to get you an appointment. They don’t answer the phone and told me I didn’t leave a voicemail. The amazing Dr. Ritch is leaving the practice to start her own practice that doesn’t take insurance. You will not be seeing a doctor if you go here, only a PA. Strongly advise you find somewhere else.
Decided to try this office for the convenience it could have offered. Robyn was nice but the office staff are impersonal. If you have an issue good luck and they only seem to care about making money not you. If you are looking for an office that has not only good doctors but good staff this isn’t it unfortunately.
Tried making an appointment, I attempted to contact them by phone and email after filling their form out and never got a response. I’d understand if they couldn’t see me but to not even be notified or at least gotten a call back was really disappointing, one of the doctors came highly referred to me.
