It's unfortunate that a doctor as wonderful as Ritch is nearly impossible to see. I've been coming here for awhile and I used to schedule my annual and see her with no problem. A few years back they shifted the annuals to PAs. Last time I nearly walked out after waiting on the exam room for over a half hour. This time my appt was at 10:30 to see the doctor herself. After nearly 45 minutes I asked for a refund and will now be looking for a new provider. Save yourself the hassle.
This review comes with criticism. These Urologists/Gynocologist “may” offer good medical service, but, it’s marred by their billing practices and procedures. If, my insurance won’t pay a bill. Who’s ultimately responsible for it? Me! So, I hold these doctors responsible for their billing shenanigans. To see a specialist, my co-pay is $40, they got me for $176. Was referred to the practice and had a great experience with Nancy, the advanced practice provider but unfortunately getting in touch with a live person is impossible. As a new patient calling to schedule an appointment it is not patient friendly, you have to fill out forms and then wait days for a call back to schedule the appointment. I have been waiting for a call back for an appointment for a week! Front desk are extremely RUDE! I asked her a question she replied. I DON'T KNOW I AM NOT A DOCTOR! VERY RUDELY. I think after all of these reviews, I don't want to go to this place. SMH, what a shame. Doctor's office manager check on your staff they're really need some changes.
