We love Dr Backus! She always takes the time to chat with my daughter and makes sure she understands the treatment plan.
If I could give no stars I would! I drive an hour to my son’s appointment because I live far, only to find out my 1:00pm appointment was never even scheduled. I called 2 weeks ago to schedule over the phone and I was booked an appointment! The receptionist asked the office manager if the doctor would accommodate considering the situation, and I was told no, that they apologize and could schedule me to come in tomorrow!
