Dr. Jordan Shapiro was great! I got a tooth extraction (at my dentist)had some complications and got sent to Dr. Shapiro. He took great care of me. I was nervous because I had never been under any surgery, but it went exactly how he said it would; it was over before I realized. The recovery was great as well. He gave clear instructions and was very helpful through it all. 10/10 would definitely come back if I need any other oral surgery done :)
I had an excellent experience at Florida Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Shapiro was incredibly gentle during my extraction and took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Theiss did my wisdom teeth extraction, and I have nothing but praise for how he and his team handled the process. The surgery itself was very easy, and they gave thorough instructions for me to ensure I was taking care of the surgery sites. He was also very kind and walked me and my father through all the risks of the surgery. Would absolutely recommend both Dr. Theiss and this location for your surgery.
Dr. Theiss is professional, well-spoken, and clearly well-trained, and he removed all four of my wisdom teeth without any complications. The office is modern and very clean, and the staff was courteous and supportive, making the overall experience pleasant and reassuring.
