Thank God the receptionist was rude from the start so that I wouldn’t waste my time coming to this facility. My daughter’s orthodontist referred us to this place. Upon calling for a consultation, the receptionist stated she had never heard of the type of procedure I was talking about which is fair if you’re new at the office. I came to the Pembroke Pines location to have my wisdom teeth removed. The staff was polite and professional, and the facility was extremely clean. Dr. Theiss was patient, clearly understood my issues, and took care of them the same day. If you need oral surgery or any dental work, Florida Center for Oral Surgery is an obvious choice!
I had to go to FLOCOMS for removal of my wisdom teeth. I was VERY nervous (I’m not a big fan of doctors!!) and had a lot of questions and everyone in the office was soooooooo kind and patient with me!! I had Dr. Theiss as my doctor and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as well. He never made me feel like I was rushed when I was in the office with him, he took his time. Had my wisdom teeth removed. I got the nerve blocked that they offer and post procedure was nearly painless. Everyones different but my experience was amazing and the office is beautiful.
