Dr. Theiss and his staff are great at what they do. The office setting is professional, serene and well laid out. All information of what I was expected to pay, instructions of my appointment and treatment, and their hospitality were well received. This being my first time having surgery, it was good to have a caring doctor explain and also ask what were my questions before going through with the procedure.
