I have a Samsung Mega....My screen was cracked and the phone was unusable!! I dropped my phone off at 4pm yesterday and it was ready 30 minutes after they opened Today!!! Fast and affordable service! Their customer service is out of this world. I would definitely say if you meed your phone fixed....go to these Guys!!! I am completely satisfied!!

Stay away from Florida Cell Repair!!!!! MY granddaughter took her Nexus to them with a broken screen, asked if they would buy it from her. They gave her $5 dollars for it. Is also had a case, charger, and extra screen protectors. I went back less than 10 minutes later and told them to give her the tablet back and keep their $5 dollars. I was told they won't do it. Then the so-called manager threatened to have me arrested if I didn't leave his store.

His granddaughter came in and sold us HER tablet after we informed her of what the parts would cost to fix the tablet and what the value would be after.. listed here.. They closed at 4 and I didn't know but still they let me drop my phone off at 3:30 and had it done in 20 minutes so I could pick it up. I thought I needed a whole new battery but it turns out the charge port just needed to be cleaned. They didn't overcharge or pretend the issue was a harder fix than it actually was (which they definitely could have and I wouldn't have been the wiser). Jacob was up front, honest, and super polite. Fast work and super reasonable pricing. I won't go anywhere else from here on out.
I broke the screen on my phone and they had it fixed and back to me within no time. People there are very down to earth and super nice. Hope I dont break my phone again but if I do I know where to take it! And they were cheaper than anyone else I called.
