Corporate and the store apparently have different standards resulting in a wasted trip on my part corporate said that they could help me( as a bank account would prove my income on a weekly basis) but the store claims corporate " dosnt know what there talking about" and " this happens all the time" so guess im just taking my buissness else where
Will NEVER do business with this company EVER again. The nerve of these people to charge a late fee during a State of Emergency. Was due on Sept 11 when the storm freaking hit 90% of the county without power including me. I had no electricity for 4 days lost everything in my freezer/refrigerator and to make matters worse in our time of need you hit us with a LATE FEE?!!! Come on man where is your sense of compassion for your community?.. Well you won't have to worry about my business anymore.
