Extremely rude people. I go to assist my mother with her appointments they are not friendly. Today I go as was told her appointment needed to be rescheduled machine been broken for three hours. We sat in the waiting room for 39 minutes just to be told it was cancelled. The excuse from the staff was I just got in. They been open since 8 am. Looking for new doctor for her they treat patients like dirt.

My insurance called the lake Mary center to confirm they were in network. It was confirmed but when I tried to call, the receptionist said they weren’t and when I tried to explain that my insurance had already called she hung up on me. Her phone etiquette was terrible. She was very short and had little to no desire to listen to the situation. At 32 weeks pregnant seeking a cardiologist her rude attitude had me very upset.
