Customer service was excellent in every way. Great experience. Raisa was very concerned regarding my need to see the doctor quickly and found a way to get me in to see him.
Doc is consistently behind scheduled by 60-90 minutes with no explanation except “he’s busy today”. The practice overbooks and has no respect for a patient’s time.
My experience with Florida Cardiology was awesome. Both Stephanie and Carlos were so warm and professional. Everything was thoroughly explained and they answered any quesions i might have had. K. BARBER
You call and the appointment gets changed, then you call and change it again. Then I get calls and reminders for appointments your office cancels. Poor communications. Like the Dr. just not the scheduling piece of it.
Courteous, called me back immediately when we were cut off. Excellent rated.
