Has been excellent for at least 10 years
I’ve been trying for six weeks to make an appt. The scheduling department is horrendous. You can never speak to a human and they never call back when you leave a voicemail. Finally gave up and went somewhere else.
My experience with Dr. Jason Heckendorn has been exemplary. He instills trust, confidence and listens carefully to me as a patient and as a person who is trying to handle her health in the most positive way even when in some state of shock over some test results. I have had ups and downs in my path to improved heart health and Dr. Heckendorn has been supportive and intuitive every step of the way. He is capable, confident and caring--a great combination.
This is an exceptional group of doctors and their support staff. My mother has been seeing them for over 15 years and has always been treated with kindness and understanding. Complicated and quite frankly scary stuff has always be explained in terms we could understand. I would highly recommend and the Venice location is very conveniently located.
