Was told by my employer that "HSA funds are yours forever" as the card was funded by wage deduction. It was lies. After a mass termination event by ***** 4/2024, I was told by a rep that $1000 of my rolled over medical savings had been taken by my former employer. They failed to send me a new card in Nov 2023 ( very sus) and due to the fact the card never worked I didn't notice it until I desperately needed to refill a diabetes prescription this month as had no other income.
