Dr.Grow and the staff are beyond awesome. I've been using them since 2008 and would never go anywhere else! Also, under the care od Dr.Grow and his team, they gave us, with God's guidance, 2 years with my husband that we wouldn't have had. 10+ stars from me
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Since January 2024 delivery is terrible. I'm on a medication that I take for 2 weeks and then I'm off for 1 week. I call 1 1/2 weeks before I'm supposed to start again and they can't get the meds to me on time. The attitude of the staff is that they really don't care!
After five months of attempting to work with RX to Go, I feel compelled to share this feedback. As a specialty pharmacy serving cancer patients, the expectation should be that processes reduce stress rather than add to it. The fundamental problem is a broken refill system that creates unnecessary burden on patients: • Staff proactively calls BEFORE insurance approval dates, leading to 10-15 minute calls that inevitably end in failure because the medication cannot yet be refilled—a complete waste of everyone’s time • When ask... read more
Several years ago - we had zero issues with RX to go. Something has changed … the last 8 mos of service has been horrible and terribly disappointing. Lack of promised return calls, misinformation along with zero sense of urgency to stay on top of additional processing time when potential refill authorizations from the Dr or the Insurance are required… all of this and more resulting In receiving medication AFTER the RX has run out! We are asking FC if there’s another way to get these meds.
Absolutely terrible pharmacy for cancer patients. Unable to refill until 10 days left, and it has to be delivered to the doctor's office. Two months in a row I ran out of medication prior to the meds being delivered. No one will own the problem and I have no other options on my medicare advantage plan. Will not recommend to my worst enemy.
