The experience with the office staff at this location has been awful at best. Promises to call back are almost always unfulfilled, getting on the phone with the person you need to speak with is through a gatekeeper that tries to help but is woefully unsuccessful. You would think that patients have enough stress without having to struggle through getting to the right person or even just to get a call back. When I first started coming to this location over a year ago the service and the response times were excellent but lately something's either change maybe staffing but it's truly just not meeting standards especially when it comes to you getting your scheduled shots or medications you would think they would be responsive and make sure things are getting done especially since you're dealing with people with serious medical conditions.
Bring your patience. There's a lot of people with needs but they are very kind nurses and drs and staff. Been here for 6 years now. Dipali Trivedi, MD is very intelligent and listens. I felt very comfortable with her. Thank you all God bless!
