On May 18, 2026 I had an appointment with Dr. Laura Dickerson. Aaron, registered, took my information when I checked in. I waited one hour. No one called my name. I asked Aaron when someone was going to call me for my appointment. He told me that he forgot to enter my name in the computer system. This made me very upset. He should not be checking patients in if he does not know how to do this. In the end I was the last patient to leave the building. My total stay at the appointment was two hours. I have been here 6 times for iron Infusions and have experienced favoritism ( to put it politely) as in being asked if I needed anything during my stay for treatment. This last experience was the worst. To be sitting in an area and watch everyone else get asked if you need something and you (I) get looked at and they walk away. I work in Healthcare myself and I am very disappointed with what I experienced and how I seen others treated. My 1st appointment was the only one where I seen genuine care for patient(s). It's sad.
