My appointment was for lab only. The wait time was unusually long.About 30 minutes. The phlebotomist was very nice and had no problem getting the vein. I had to wait another 15 minutes or so for results.
Dr. Dickerson was very thorough and explained everything well. She took time to address my questions and concerns.
Everyone very nice and helpful, but the wait times are unusually long. We had an 11:00 appointment for an infusion that only takes about 30 minures (plus time to do bloodwork), but we were there mostly just waiting until around 1:30.
