Richard was very warm friendly and very professional. He took the time to put you at ease and explained everything when drawing blood. I love him so much. Thank you Richard for a wonderful experience.
I only had a blood draw in preparation to see my oncologist next week, but I was promptly recognized by the front desk personnel, given my wrist band & had a very short wait. When I was called back to the lab, the technician was friendly, comforting & very adept at inserting the needle. I am now & have always been very happy with all of those working at this office.
All the interactions were with knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful individuals.
