El buen trato y la rapidez
A ball was dropped through the finance dept. I was prepped adn in the infusion chair for my chemotherapy and they came over to tell me I wasn't authorized and they couldn't do my infusion that day. That was a huge blow to my spirit. After a two hour delay, SOMEHOW, it was authorized. Less than a week after I was able to get my infusion, I still have no idea what happened.
