From the minute I walk in the door I am treated with kindness and respect by either Josh or the lady will the beautiful blue computer keyboard. The young lady who drew my blood PATRICIA is so pleasant and I had such a fun time talking with her that my blood pressure was actually a low reading like at home. The APRN JENNIFER WILLIAMS is first class ....she listens,gives advice based on what I shared with her and explains "things" carefully and does not rush me out.
