They know my name. They take pride in doing their job. Each IV that you’re getting, they explain what it is and how long the treatment will be. Nice, friendly and courteous staff.
Doctor and staff very proffessional, and treat with respect, and guide though the whole in a very understandable way. Very helpful and nice people.
The wait time was totally unacceptable! I waited an hour for the PA to come into the room. Overbooking should not be allowed. On a more positive note, the new PA, Diedra Brown was excellent. She is knowledgeable and thorough.
