Long wait time. I did not feel my concerns were addressed properly.
Had a blood draw. You can’t even see a bruise on my arm. Excellent job! Very friendly technician
Had my infusion today. I had a rough start with this location, but now that I’ve gotten to know which nurse is best for my difficult veins, it is a pleasant experience (as pleasant as needles go). Don is a caring, dedicated, professional nurse and I thank the staff for doing their best to make sure he is the one that takes care of me. Jessica also did a great job 8 weeks ago on my last visit.
