The staff and techs at FCS are friendly, professional and caring. My appointments there are always a pleasure.
I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. When the doctor finally came in and she asked how I was and I explained that I wasn’t doing too good after having to sit so long she spoke like oh well I just have to see everybody and some people take longer than others. God forbid I be late and waste her time. It was bad enough that I had to sit there and waste my time but then she has the attitude like “ oh well”. This is not the first time this is happened.
