Scheduling tests and getting results are a nightmare with current patient information app. After asking how to manage staff advised me not to use it as it’s unreliable. Coordination bet radiation and medical oncology is non existent as shown by waiting over two hours for my MD that never showed just ordered more tests, which were never explained or gone over. Went in for a Port flush. Brooklyn was my tech that day. I had just checked in, didn't even sit down and she was calling my name!! She said my name "popped" up on her screen and out she came to greet me. So very, very friendly and all dressed in her pink for Breast Cancer awareness. It's always a "tension filled moment" when flushing and drawing blood for me. Brooklyn was efficient and friendly, talking and moving the flush along quickly.
