CAUTION!!! BEWARE!!! Worst contractor to deal with. Won't return phone calls. Patrick put a new roof on for us less then 3 years ago after Ian. and now we are having issues and he has ghosted us. NO WARRANTY AFTER WE SPENT over $30, 000. I am going to file a complaint with the state and I can see I won't be there first.
After Ian I needed a total replacement. I had several leaks and was freaking out on Facebook. Patrick reached out, came to the house the next morning, tarped the roof and I was the first in the neighborhood with a new roof. It’s now been a few years and no issues whatsoever, not only were they quick and responsive, they were also about $2000 cheaper than my second lowest bid. 5 stars all the way around!!
Run as fast as you can away from these folks! Like other reviewers stated... they are non responsive, promise you the world and deliver nothing. Job took 5 months, not 5 weeks as promised. Crew brought family with them a few times to hang out while they worked, roof leaked bad after 1 year and despite mv attempt to send videos to Kevin the owner and Patrick, they were ignored.
