I pay a large amount of money $$$ to get my plans and to be approved by the DOB of Miami , waiting for more than 2 years,still in the loop, nobody answered my emails or my calls Maybe I need to contact the BBB And sue them a least to get my money back
Don’t use them or trust them!! We hired them for a plan for a small residential home. We paid them in full. In our contract they were supposed to ensure the approval of the permit from the county. It took awhile to get the county to look at it however once we heard back from the county they requested 4 things for the architect to change and we could never get them to fix it. Their response time is terrible and they did not make their deadline at all! After they collect your money, you have to chase the people down for response. Wasted to much time on a very small project. Say they will make it right but still have not.
