Their response time is terrible and they did not make their deadline at all! After they collect your money, you have to chase the people down for response. Wasted to much time on a very small project. Say they will make it right but still have not.
En este lugar me atendió una arquitecta llama Erika Figueroa a la cual agradezco su eterna paciencia y profesionalidad, una chica llena de conocimientos que te ayuda a aclarar las dudas. Lamentablemente no hicimos el proyecto porque el precio que nos ofrecieron era entre 6 mil y 8 mil dólares más que otros arquitectos, los mismos servicios pero diferentes tarifas , este proceso es engorroso y costoso así que preferimos elegir algo más económico.
I started my project at the beginning of August and immediately there was little communication from my architect, leaving many of my questions unanswered and not receiving any updates on the progress of my project unless I reached out multiple times.
