Don’t use them or trust them!! We hired them for a plan for a small residential home. We paid them in full. In our contract they were supposed to ensure the approval of the permit from the county. It took awhile to get the county to look at it however once we heard back from the county they requested 4 things for the architect to change and we could never get them to fix it. Their response time is terrible and they did not make their deadline at all! After they collect your money, you have to chase the people down for response. Wasted to much time on a very small project. Say they will make it right but still have not.
En este lugar me atendió una arquitecta llama Erika Figueroa a la cual agradezco su eterna paciencia y profesionalidad, una chica llena de conocimientos que te ayuda a aclarar las dudas. Lamentablemente no hicimos el proyecto porque el precio que nos ofrecieron era entre 6 mil y 8 mil dólares más que otros arquitectos, los mismos servicios pero diferentes tarifas , este proceso es engorroso y costoso así que preferimos elegir algo más económico.
