Rarely do I ever give a poor review but having purchased multiple homes this home inspection was the very worst. I questioned how brief the report was and unfortunately was trusting an inspector while I was out of state. When I arrived to our home the amount of things that were very obviously wrong that were missed has been tremendously costly. I recently purchased a home inspected by Florida Building Inspections. After I moved in, I spent over $1000 fixing the septic system, over $600 fixing the water system and no air comes from the ducts in our bedroom. TERRIBLE INSPECTION!
