Bought DR Horton new house 400K 2 years ago. Had to service the AC three time in 2 years at my own cost. Was told I was covered for 5 years parts only. When I asked the unit to be repaced and spoke my frustration out, the technician said will hang up on me. The service is always next day or next few days if you work and not available at their convenience. You will end up spending your own money for a portable unit in the interim. Such a disapointment!
Before I go on my rant, you can check my history, I don’t leave bad reviews! What sucks is, I’m almost positive it’s not the company as a whole that’s terrible, but my own personal with the individuals I had encounters with prior to, during, and after my multiple failed services.
