The tech was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He even showed up 45 minutes early.
Technicians: Derren/🤠 Cowboy were truly a professional team, with the installation of my new A/C 'Packaged Unit.The (2) gentleman demonstrated excellent work ethics and employed a high degree of safety. They are an excellent representation for your company.

Very professional and the price was right! They are one of the remaining companies that have not been bought out by larger Chinese companies. I feel much more comfortable doing business with a local family owned company. Ned was great to deal with and it seemed like I was talking to an old friend. The guys who installed the unit were very friendly and professional and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend Florida Breeze and I will be using them for ALL of my AC needs for years to come.
Called them on a Wednesday and they were out to my house on Thursday. I got a reminder text about my appointment and James showed up 15 mins before that. He was very nice and literally talked me through every step of what he was doing and why he was doing it. Showed and told me what my pressures should be at when hooking up gauges. Spent the time to diagnose and not just add Freon and dye and come back. They definitely have my business from now on!
