Florida Breeze is always available. They answer the phone or call back within an hour. Service manager is well versed with his team and a technician is usually available within 24 hours. Florida Breeze doesn't build the AC units, but they stand behind their work and have always been "Johnny on the spot" when it comes to servicing or repairing my system.
