Excellent service. The techs are experienced and friendly. They are on time and keep you up to date as to when they are arriving.
We've had nothing but good experiences with Florida Breeze. In April 2024, we got a quote for a new capacitor from another company. Called Florida Breeze for a second opinion. Not only did they fit us in super last minute (I called them 4 pm on a Friday, they sent someone half an hour later!), but we were quoted HALF the rate of the other company. Since then, we've used them for maintenance and every service person we've dealt with has been wonderful.
Chris and Owen were great. Prompt and very friendly. Straight shooters and made sure we were cooling before they left. Great service in Brevard with competitive pricing.
We have been regular customers ever since they installed a new AC unit in our home. We are on the maintenance program where a technician comes out twice a year to check the unit to insure that it is in good running order. The technicians who have done this always arrive at the appointed time, and are quick, but equally efficient, and do a thorough job..
