Flori-Duh!!!!! State Board of Nursing has been an absolute joke. They have jumbled up my application and requested the same deficiencies multiple times. Even noting at one point they didn’t recieve the fee. When I had receipt for a cashiers check that was assuredly in the package. Because of circumstances of a name change in previous licensure in that state I had to submit a paper application.
