This has to be one of the worst healthcare places i've ever gone to. I came in for a "quick 15 min test" and I'm still waiting. It's been literally 4 days.It is super irresponsible to have someone wait 4 days for such a simple and easy test that doesn't even take up that much time to get the results of, and I wouldn't be surprised if tests that take days would take weeks and even months at this location. I don’t know how my previous review is going. It’s a scam here. The insurance covered the circumcision. I even called Florida blue right before the circumcision and the agent told me as long as it was done at hospital within 30 days after baby was born, it’s free for me. But Florida lied. They didn’t cover it and hospital billed me thousand dollars. They also did not cover the baby daily routine care even the plan clearly states it will cover it. Negligence. Is the one word I can use to describe this office. Doctors are constantly in a hurry and they put in referrals and prescriptions incorrectly. They don’t get consent for tests until the tests are being done and they don’t get permission to use their pharmacy. I went as a walk in and the dr was rushed and annoyed. I specified the pharmacy I needed and they sent it to their own pharmacy instead! And to get a hold of them on the phone is impossible. The customer service doesn’t help with issues like this.
