Negligence. Is the one word I can use to describe this office. Doctors are constantly in a hurry and they put in referrals and prescriptions incorrectly. They don’t get consent for tests until the tests are being done and they don’t get permission to use their pharmacy. I went as a walk in and the dr was rushed and annoyed. I specified the pharmacy I needed and they sent it to their own pharmacy instead! And to get a hold of them on the phone is impossible. The customer service doesn’t help with issues like this.
Pésima experiencia con un enfermero llamado Jorge. Persona desagradable que lo que hizo fue reirse del malestar de mi esposa, minimizando lo que le ocurrio. Aunado a eso, y a pesar de ello, mi esposa con todo lo que hizo le pidio al momento de tomarle la presión arterial que no lo hiciera en un brazo sino en el otro por el malestar que tenía hizo un gesto despectivo hacia ella. Poco ético y profesional!
Muy pero muy mala experiencia con Florida Blue específicamente el Sr. Juan Hernández de Atención al Cliente. Este señor no tiene conocimiento de como aceptar una queja por el mal servicio que presta, específicamente al ver qué se equivoco y cometió un error, en lugar de escuchar y aceptar las sugerencias del cliente su actitud fue déspota y nada amable. Very bad experience with Florida blue and Sanitas, it is the worst place you can use for your health, the primary doctor refers you to a specialist and when the day of the appointment arrives they have not yet sent the referral, they had 3 weeks and never The referral arrived and I missed my appointment.
