Extrenely poor service. They take your money, do not answer your calls and make you run around for product delivery. Need to file a combined lawsuite on these guys. Never use them if you are looking for a peaceful relation and a timely delivery of the product
I URGE YOU - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! $4,000. AND 20 WEEKS LATER - RECEIVED GLASS AND IT IS GARBAGE!!! NO ONE FROM FLORIDA BENT GLASS WILL ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. FILLING COMPLAINTS NOW AND CONTACTING ATTORNEY GENERAL. PLEASE - INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY BEFORE GIVING THEM ANY MONEY OR DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
6 months, at least 25 phone calls to this Bob guy who runs this "business" then he finally sends our china cabinet glass with C.O.D. shipping!!! Demanded a check up front that was more than originally quoted on the phone- it included shipping. After 3 months and numerous phone calls to him and receiving false promises from him, he sends a box Fed Ex that arrives broken in pieces. 3 months later and more phone calls, he finally sends a crate by R & L trucking. we have to pay $115.23 to get our door. Ridiculous!!!
Do not deal with this company! I ordered a part from these people in March (now it is June) they cashed my check I have not receved my product. I call 4 or 5 times a day and they have not returned a call as of today. all you will get is a answering machine. they also tell you it shipped and guess what it is a lie.
Will take your money and not provide the product. Then it is almost impossible to get in contact with them. When you do they will lie at every chance and string you along. Must take legal action as I am. Zero star rating is not offered. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE - Bob, Paul, and Kurt Kuuenzle
This company has an F rating with the BBB, they will not answer the phone for customers whom they have their money and have not provided the product as promised, they lie and give you the run around if you do get them on the phone.
