Tried calling. Have an appointment today. Needed to see if they are providers on my new insurance plan. Called all the extensions listed. Only recieved voice mail on all extensions. Even used the extension for doctors. ALL OF MY CALLS WERE SENT TO VOICE MAIL!!!!!!
I drove to this place from Holiday to see a disinterested "psychiatrist". He spent two minutes with me and was not receptive to my concerns. Now I can't reach the office to cancel my upcoming appointment.
Would give zero starts if I could. The front desk ladies and administrative staff are the most rude and impossible people to deal with.
They never answer their phones or give call backs to your voicemails. The front staff can be rude. However, two of the doctors are amazing; so I take the poor customer service up front
