Lack of empathy& professionalism with staff. Changed original appointment, did not apply their own rule of accepting within grace period of time. Non caring attitude. Would not recommend at all.
This doctor and his office couldn't care less about the time and lives of his patients. If they don't cancel your appointment, they will book multiple patients for the same appointed time, leaving you to wait for hours. Hopefully you never need to ask questions because no one answers the phone. They have an option to leave a message, but no one will call you back. I thought I was the only one experiencing bad luck with this office, but I have a friend who also sees this doctor and has the same issues. Even worse, they discov... read more
