This doctor and his office couldn't care less about the time and lives of his patients. If they don't cancel your appointment, they will book multiple patients for the same appointed time, leaving you to wait for hours. Hopefully you never need to ask questions because no one answers the phone. They have an option to leave a message, but no one will call you back. Unable to get in touch
I'm going to say this only once and one time only: Please Realize That Dr. Smith is a Psychiatric that is like no other that you will find. When I told Dr. Smith that Something wasn't working he said "well what works for me might not work for you and we might be able to go back to that medicine in 3 years that's just how weird our bodies are" I studied the human body for awhile just never became a Doctor so I Know Alot about it as well and what he is saying is actually quite true
I've been with Dr Smith for almost 7 or 8 years and I see people complaining about the wait times but what I wish they would realize is that sometimes other patients are having mental breakdowns and they need more time with him. I used to be one of those people. When I was having a bad day he would put in the extra effort to make sure im okay before I leave. So what your appointment is 30 minutes late? He was busy helping other people because he cares. I will always recommend him and im so grateful for him and his staff.
