**Caring Staff Undermined by Disconnected Leadership** I want to begin by acknowledging the many hardworking and compassionate therapists at this center. The RBTs were the heart of this place- kind, consistent, and dedicated. One supervising therapist in particular provided genuine support and professionalism.
