Our second visit at the Harborview Grande in Clearwater. It will be our last. The condo was the same, some new furniture and much more expensive. The problem we had was we lost our parking permit. When we called Flordia-Beach Rentals they informed us about a $50 replacement charge. It is not in their contract and they we very rude, said we could park on the street. A shame to lose a good customer over a $50 charge. If they told us in advance and been a little more helpful we would have gone a third time.
